FSC Board of Directors
The Figure Skating Club of Madison is an organization incorporated
under the laws of the state of Wisconsin. As provided for in its
bylaws, the club is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 9
to 13 elected members. Each member serves a three-year term. At
each annual meeting of the members of the corporation held in the
spring, three persons are elected to three-year terms. The Board of
Directors conducts local club programs and sees that the club and its
members follow USFSA rules and guidelines. Meetings of the Board
are held once a month, usually at the Madison Ice Arena. An agenda
is posted prior to the meeting and all members are welcome to attend.
