| Martin Luther King 2008 Exhibition Highlights |
From the President of the FSC of Madison, Debbie Cray:
A very special thanks goes out to Sandy Petersen for her
amazing organization of our wonderful Martin Luther King
Celebration. Sandy organized the day and solicited
donations for sandwiches, fleece, ice cream and the DJ, as well
as coordinated the media coverage, Madison Police
Department and the Salvation Army! WOW! What an
outstanding effort. Please be sure to thank Sandy personally
when you see her. It was a terrific day for everyone to
participated.
A special thanks also goes out to Robin Craig for all her efforts
coordinating and staffing the Skating Apparel Resale, Vicky
Brucker for organizing the MLK Skating Exhibition and all the
skaters who helped make fleece blankets for the “Gotcha
Covered” program sponsored by the Madison Police
Department. Great team work everyone!
