Patti Puccio Sportsmanship AwardThe Patti Puccio Sportsmanship Award dates back to 1969 when Marion Hill and Jack Boumeester were selected as the first award recipients. The Sportsmanship Award continues to be presented annually at the FSC of Madison Spring Banquet to a Club member who exemplifies the high standards described below. In 2016, it was named after Patti Puccio, a 40+ year skating parent and FSCM supporter who continues to make our club great!
Sportsmanship Award Criteria Nominees should be member skaters who best exemplify the ideals of sportsmanship, including but not limited to: fairness, civility, honesty, unselfishness, respect of the rules, setting a good example and acting responsibly. This might be demonstrated by:
