This session may offer:
  • Skating Skills and Singles (all levels)
  • Solo Pattern Dance (all levels)
  • Solo Free Dance (all levels)
  • Partnered Pattern Dance (all levels) - You must provide your own partner.          
This is a  test session with triple GOLD judging panel for Skating Skills and Singles and triple GOLD judging panel with international certification for dance.
 
June 1st::  Registration for FSC of Madison members opens
June 21st: Registration for Non-Members opens
 
Registration CLOSES on Tuesday, July 14th at 11:59 PM or sooner if filled.  Space is limited so you are encourage to register early. 

We will NOT accept late registrations. Music upload deadline is Tuesday, July 21st.

Reminder that if you chose to test on this date, you MUST renew your club (FSCM or otherwise) membership for the 2026-2027 season, which begins on July 1st. We will not issue refunds for skaters who fail to comply with this requirement.
  • Please upload ALL music to the EntryEeze system by July 21. Late music will incur a $20 late fee. 
  • \When signing up for a test that is contingent on passing another test, your test fee is forfeited if you are unable to take the contingent test.   
  • Please plan to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled warm up as sessions tend to run early. 
  • If there is time in the schedule, practice ice (20 minutes) may be offered  before the test session. $10 first come, first serve
  • Open Freestyle may also be offered by rink if there is time in the schedule.

Virtual Test Sessions

These are VIRTUALLY JUDGED test sessions with:
  • a GOLD panel for Skating Skills through Gold/Senior level
  • a GOLD panel for Singles through Gold/Senior level
  • a GOLD INT'L panel for Solo and Partnered Pattern Dance through Gold Int'l level 
  • Solo and Partnered Free Dance through Gold/Senior level
Skaters can submit a U.S Figure Skating rule compliant test video by 5PM CST on the date of the test session. Follow U.S Figure Skating requirements carefully (U.S Figure Skating Members Only, Testing tab, Overview OR Rulebook page 154, Sec 4104).

Key USFS Requirements:
  • You MUST show a placard (zoom in so that it is clearly legible) with the following information:
  1. Skater’s Name
  2. Test Taken
  3. Name of Host Club (NOT the skater’s club, the club hosting the test session)
  4. Date of Test (NOT the date of the video, the date of the test session)
  • Videos must be recorded within 14 days of submission date
  • Show a mobile device in the video with the date/time (include month)
  • Videos must be recorded with no more than 8 skaters on the ice and free of background music/noise
  • For Skating Skills- no music but audio must be recorded to hear the blades on the ice
  • A completed and signed Name and Likeness form
  • A completed and signed Affidavit
  • A completed and signed Permission to Test Form if applicable (guest testing from another club)

Test results will be sent to the coach/skater within 7 days of the date of the test.

Registration is currently open to FSCM Members and Non-Members. Non-Members must submit a Permission To Test form.

We may close registration if we are FULL ahead of the the deadline.
