This session will offer:
  • Skating Skills and Singles (all levels)
  • Solo Pattern Dance (Preliminary through Gold International)
  • Solo Free Dance (through Gold/Senior)
  • Partnered Pattern Dance (Preliminary through Gold International) - You must provide your own partner.            
This is a  test session with triple GOLD judging panel for Skating Skills and Singles and triple GOLD judging panel with international certification for dance.

October 8th::  Registration for FSC of Madison members opens
November 1st: Registration for Non-Members opens
 
Registration CLOSES on Friday, November 29th at 11:59 PM.  We may fill before the close date, so please do not wait until the deadline to register.
​Make special time requests immediately after registration to  [email protected]  We will honor as many as possible. There are limited slots outside of the school day, so please realize you might need to miss school to test.        
  • When signing up for a test that is contingent on passing another test, your test fee is forfeited if you are unable to take the contingent test.   
  • Please plan to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled warm up as sessions tend to run early. 
  • If there is time in the schedule, practice ice (20 minutes) may be offered  before the test session. $10 first come, first serve
  • Open Freestyle may also be offered by rink if there is time in the schedule.

Virtual Test Sessions -

Registration Deadline - 2 days prior to test date at 11:59pm CST
These are VIRTUALLY JUDGED test sessions with:
  • a GOLD panel for Skating Skills through Gold/Senior level
  • a GOLD panel for Singles through Gold/Senior level
  • a GOLD INT'L panel for Solo and Partnered Pattern Dance through Gold Int'l level 
  • Solo and Partnered Free Dance through Gold/Senior level
Skaters can submit a U.S Figure Skating rule compliant test video by 5PM CST on the date of the test session. Follow U.S Figure Skating requirements carefully (U.S Figure Skating Members Only, Testing tab, Overview OR Rulebook page 154, Sec 4104).

Key requirements:
  • Videos must be recorded within 14 days of submission date
  •  \Videos must be recorded with no more than 8 skaters on the ice and free of background music/noise
  • For Skating Skills- no music but audio must be recorded to hear the blades on the ice
  • Make sure to announce your test, skater’s name and skater’s club
  • Show a mobile device in the video with the date/time (include month)
  • It is highly advised to show either the test form or a piece of paper with the information on it as well.
  • A completed and signed Name and Likeness form
  • A completed and signed Affidavit
  • A completed and signed Permission to Test Form if applicable (guest testing from another club)

Test results will be sent to the coach/skater within 7 days of the date of the test.

Registration is currently open to FSCM Members and Non-Members. Non-Members must submit a Permission To Test form.

We may close registration if we are FULL ahead of the the deadline.
